We offer this option if you are out of our local area for Primary Care and in need of a second opinion on your current care, or are seeking an integrative approach to your current care. Instead of our annual HER membership program, you can schedule comprehensive HER consultations, as needed. Drs. Kennedy and Jacobs offer their expertise using a collaborative MD/ND Integrative approach.

As well, if you are in the health/medical field and need consultation on unique or challenging cases, this is also an option for you.

• Collaborative-care MD/ND Tele-health – Initial Consultation ($600):

• You’ll receive a functional review of your medical records and labs and 1 hour combined consultation with Doctors Kennedy and Jacobs to review health goals, history, symptoms, medications, supplements and diet. From the initial visit Drs. Kennedy and Jacobs will provide a uniquely tailored plan of action for diet, lifestyle, medication and supplement changes as needed, as well as any recommended lab testing.

• We ask that you keep your primary care provider and share these changes with him/her.

• Follow-up consults as needed at $500 per hour.
